STUDY 02 / Bathrooms
Your daily moment of calm.
A bathroom that turns an ordinary routine into a small pause. Filtered light and tactile surfaces do more than a crowded collection of finishes.

FSFRESH STARTCONCEPT NOTES
How little does a room need to help us slow down?
Design for the quieter moments.
We imagine this room at the beginning and end of the day. The palette is deliberately close in tone, so light becomes the strongest contrast. Handmade texture brings variation without a busy pattern. Storage is part of the composition: the fewer everyday objects competing for space, the calmer the room can feel.
ON THE STUDIO TABLE
A soft conversation between surfaces.
Ivory tile and sandy plaster share a warm undertone. Travertine adds depth, while brass offers a small, warm highlight rather than a sharp flash.

THE ART OF CHOOSING
Every decision,
with a reason.
The long vanity gives the room a continuous horizon. Above it, light grazes the wall; across from it, glass allows the shower to remain part of the same visual space.
Simplify the palette.
Repeat a small family of colors rather than introducing a different finish at every surface. Variation can come from texture instead.
Give light a surface.
A textured wall gives daylight something to move across. The concept uses this quiet change as its main decorative gesture.
Make the useful things belong.
Plan a place for towels, daily essentials, and cleaning supplies before selecting the vanity. Calm should survive beyond the photograph.
